Professional Indemnity Insurance provides cover against claims that may arise as a result of Professional Negligence, Errors and Omissions. Claims may arise from written or verbal communication.

Scenarios from which a claim may arise:

Urban Pest Control & Carpet Cleaning

•   application of incorrect chemical / cleaning agent
•   incorrect chemical / cleaning agent mix                             
•   cleaning agent not suitable for item being cleaned

Termite Treatments / Timber Pest Inspections

•   failure to control or prevent termites
•   failure of the Inspectors Duty of Care and Duty to Warn
•   not making adequate / appropriate recommendations                                     

Building Reports

•   failure to identify and report on defects
•   failure of the Inspectors Duty of Care and Duty to Warn
•   not making adequate / appropriate recommendations

Agricultural Spraying

•   failure to adequately clean spray equipment between treatments
•   application of incorrect chemical
•   incorrect chemical mix

Limits of Cover Available:

Standard Cover:
$500,000 in any one Claim and in the aggregate during the period of insurance.
Higher limits:
$1,000,000 in the aggregate and $500,000 in any one Claim during the period of insurance.
$2,000,000 in the aggregate and $1,000,000 in any one Claim during the period of insurance.
